On August 4 & 5 the inaugural Ancestral Health Symposium was held at UCLA that showcased an all-star list of presenters…Unfortunately, I didn’t get to go. But thanks to technology those who fall into my camp of not being able to attend can watch a few of the presentations!

A quick word about the 3 presenters.
Dr. Staffan Lindeberg is a Swedish researcher whose landmark papers on the Kitavans continue to influence the paleo culture and research world. He has also published several papers comparing a Mediterranean Diet to a Paleo diet.
Mat Lalonde is a PhD Organic Chemist from Harvard whose knowledge is scary! I would be very careful with my words around this guy, he will call BS on you and FAST! Might not be very interesting for the lay person but if you like getting geeked out with saponins and galactones, don’t miss this!
Finally Dr. Robert Lustig is an MD from UCSF who studies obesity in children. If you haven’t seen his 90 minute presentation called Sugar the bitter truth, don’t miss it.
